What you need to know about us...
A SaaS in e-learning and soft skills, Present Perfect is a training organization in the B2B market. You will join a multicultural team of 12 people who value performance, passion and resourcefulness! We have great clients, and great missions. We work with the biggest and the smallest (Guerlain, LVMH, Orange, Disney, Universal, Ubisoft, Uber...)
What will your daily life be like?
You will work within our sales team supported by Thomas (Biz Dev) and a sales apprentice. You will work closely with the rest of the team (Marketing, Operations and Training)
Your main missions will be:
Define, lead and supervise the commercial strategy in order to increase sales, turnover and commercial margin
You monitor and analyze commercial performance indicators.
You lead, motivate and unite teams around a common commercial strategy
You will receive clients remotely or f2f to listen, present, negotiate, and build loyalty.
Your writing skills will be put to the test in terms of taking briefs, writing reports and meeting summaries, and also in writing commercial proposals in collaboration with our graphic designers.
Without forgetting the good old ones: monitoring and relaunching sales actions, commercial monitoring and enriching customer relations...
English proficiency is strongly recommended, as the team is Anglo-Saxon.

What we are looking for in you:
You have at least 3 years of experience in selling training products.
You have mastered the art of customer relations with talent managers and training managers.
You have a good network in the training world.
You have the keys to convincing, to succeed in your pitches, and to become a successful sales director.
You have a habit of setting ambitious goals and achieving them.
You are able to thrive in a ROWE (Results-Only-Work-Environment)
You are able to self-manage and perform well in an environment where all employees have the freedom to organize their workload as they wish.
With great freedom comes great responsibility. Take as many vacations as you want, start and end your day whenever you want as long as your goals are met.
You have a perfect command of French, both written and spoken, and knowledge of another language is a plus.
