Annabelle Roberts
Canadian Annabelle is known in Paris as “Madame Pitch.” After leaving a position in media training, she founded Present Perfect to introduce the Silicon Valley-style keynote presentation to France. Twelve years later, she has trained over a thousand startups and some of the biggest executive committees to excel in the art of public speaking. She has written an internationally published book on overcoming the fear of rejection: “The Jacket Theory.”

Alexandra Sarliève
Plan, organize, execute. That's Alexandra's mantra. Even the most complex programs run smoothly when Alexandra is in charge (and she always is). After graduating with a business degree, Alexandra landed one of her first jobs in training. She's never left the field since, whether in the United States, her home country, or in France.

Stefanie Selen
An Australian-Belgian psychologist and author of two books on resilience and assertive communication, Stefanie has extensive experience in professional development. As Client Director at Present Perfect, she leverages her expertise and international background to offer impactful training programs tailored to multicultural contexts (in English, French, and Dutch).

Laure Bourdin
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Laure ran her own training company before joining the Present Perfect team. Teaching, among other things, emotional intelligence and public speaking to CAC 40 companies, she is a dedicated researcher, constantly keeping abreast of advancements in soft skills development and their application in the workplace. She nurtures her creativity through singing and acting.

Kelly Velasquez
In charge of the agency's day-to-day operations, Kelly is the captain of the ship. She guides our team, coaches, and clients through their projects. A guardian of our culture, Kelly is our operational wonder woman: administration, management, accounting, training… and much more. Hailing from Boston, Kelly has always lived in a multicultural environment, starting with her own home. Passionate about nature, the environment, and cooking, when she's not at the agency, she loves exploring.
