Introduction

Duration: 30 minutes

Introduction of the coach and the workshop, then division of the group into teams. Explanation of "learning by doing" and encouragement to try, test, dare, fail, learn, take risks during the workshop and the "Be a boss game". A two-level game to test your ability to take the bull by the horns and adapt your daily routine by integrating the entrepreneurial spirit.

Easy level: 1 hour

Each group receives 10 cards showing a task that the participants perform daily at work.

Among these 10 cards, each group chooses 5, on which they will work to present to the rest of the participants a more modern, agile and entrepreneurial way of carrying out the selected tasks.

Difficult level: 1 hour

The groups are mixed. Each team receives 10 new cards, this time each containing a reality, a fact that has an impact on their company or their market. Each team selects 5 and, using the tools at their disposal, develops 5 action plans to deal with the statement on each card, as if each team were, for 1 hour, the CEO of the company.

Duration: 30 minutes

Jumping into the unknown with little information is scary. But doing nothing is often worse. The goal of this workshop is to teach participants to think "outside the box" and get out of their comfort zone in an interactive, fun and stimulating context.
