With its own SaaS platform for e-learning and soft skills, Present Perfect is a training organization specializing in professional and personal development through its digital training programs, operating in the B2B market. We are looking for someone to join our marketing and communications team as a Digital Communications Manager! You will be joining a multicultural team that values performance, passion, and resourcefulness! We are a team of 12 people based in the heart of Versailles, and creativity is the driving force behind our work. We have excellent clients and exciting projects. We work with both large and small companies (Guerlain, LVMH, Orange, Disney, Universal, Ubisoft, Uber, etc.).
What will your daily life be like?
You will join the amazing marketing and communications department and work hand in hand with Camille, our marketing and communications director.
You will live at the heart of the social media strategy: Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn will be your best allies!
You will be required to produce content for different communication media: social networks, videos, web, recruitment, print, etc. in conjunction with artistic direction and the video studio.
You will be responsible for the daily management of social networks: construction of the editorial schedule, updating, moderation, analysis and statistics, etc.
Following business developments with interest through technological monitoring and carrying out competitive benchmarks will be the basis of all your work.
You will work in direct collaboration with our two founders to support them in creating content to fuel their personal brand on their own social networks.
You will also participate in the development, implementation and communication of physical and digital events internally and externally as well as our recruitment campaigns in conjunction with Kelly, our Operations Manager.
What we are looking for:
In-depth knowledge of digital communication and especially social networks
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative and word-savvy person who will find the right words in our communications.
Have a minimum of artistic sense to collaborate with the artistic direction and the studio easily.
A person for whom autonomy, versatility and rigor are not just key words to decorate their CV.
A candidate who will be able to adapt nimbly to the needs of each mission, who is attentive to detail and super organized.
Fluency in spoken and written French is essential. ( Fluency in English is strongly recommended, as the team is Anglo-Saxon. )
Being a nice human (sounds silly, but very important to us).
