What will your daily life be like?
Every day is very different! That said, your tasks revolve around the following poles:
Management and monitoring of training files for our clients:
Identify the volume of people to be trained in collaboration with customers
Manage logistics (booking rooms, service providers, sending invitations, etc.)
Ensure training tracking and define evaluation methods
Coordinate the resources involved in the production of a training module, whether internal or external (specifications, educational design, development, monitoring of deployment, etc.)
Ensure monitoring of key KPIs for each training course and ensure reporting to management
Monitor administrative compliance and manage the monitoring of Qualiopi certification
Monitor technologies and best practices in the training sector and carry out regular benchmarks.
